Foodies from around the region feasted on dishes by Mauro Colagreco of Mirazur, Santiago Lastra of Kol, Hiroyasu Kawate of Florilège, Maira Yeo of Cloudstreet and sipped on tipples by Patrick Pistolesi of Drink Kong and Coralie Doillet of Galaxy bar.
